Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Iora platform ("Service"), operated by Iora ("Iora", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into an agreement directly with Iora.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

Iora provides personal-finance tooling including cashflow forecasting, scenario simulation, and an AI assistant. Some features are limited to the IORA PRO paid plan.

4. Account and credentials

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it through means other than the interface we provide, or violate applicable law.

6. Payments, subscription and Paddle

Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, invoices and refunds on Iora's behalf.

Pricing, billing cycle, and the 30-day refund window are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, brand and content, is owned by Iora and protected by applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
