Iora offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on IORA PRO. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our provider Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and use the email from your purchase to find your order.
- Select "Request refund" on the corresponding order.
- Alternatively, write to contato@iora.digital and our team will forward the request to Paddle.
After the refund
Once the refund is processed, your subscription ends and IORA PRO access is disabled. You can keep using the free tier.
Cancellation without refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Without a refund, PRO access stays active until the end of the paid cycle and you are not charged for the next one.
